I partner with organizations that serve people in transition and help both their clients and their teams take the next step forward.

My work is rooted in career clarity, purpose-driven strategy, and practical coaching. I collaborate with veteran-serving nonprofits and human services agencies to support the people they serve as they navigate what’s next. Whether it’s a veteran entering civilian life or someone rebuilding after a setback, I provide the tools, structure, and encouragement they need to move forward with confidence.

At the same time, I support the organizations doing this work — offering coaching, workshops, and team development to help their staff stay grounded, connected, and equipped to lead with purpose.

Career Coaching for Clients

Organizations bring me in to provide direct coaching support to the people they serve. I guide clients through my Building Your Fire framework. Helping them identify the sparks that motivate them, the branches that shape their direction, and the logs that fuel long-term purpose — so they can build a career that lasts.

Team and Culture Support

From burnout prevention to servant-based leadership and group reflection, I help teams reconnect with each other and the work that matters. I offer coaching and workshops for purpose-driven teams built around the spirit of firehouse culture — where we laugh, fight, cook, clean, and show up as one unit. 

Fire Service Leadership

From new firefighters to senior officers, my programs are rooted in real firehouse culture, behavioral science, and practical tools that help members lead with clarity, trust, and accountability. Whether we’re preparing for promotion or strengthening group dynamics, I help firefighters step into leadership — no matter what their riding assignment is.

 

Workshops

Firefighters train under perfect conditions, but when we are called the conditions are rarely perfect. We learn best when we share stories of how our training really unfolded in real life scenarios. Our workshops are designed using this basic principle, we learn best when we learn from each other.
