As a first responder trained to charge into 911 emergencies facing unpredictable situations, Keith leverages his unique experience as a firefighter and HR consultant for a Fortune 100 company to support organizations to build elite leaders and teams who rise above the flames to adapt and thrive in uncertainty.

Keith’s 15-year career in HR has spanned talent acquisition, process improvement, HR business partner and strategy, and leadership and executive development. He became the first external hire to train and coach a critical early-in-career program for a Fortune 100 retailer.

In 2015, Keith went from putting out metaphorical office fires, to becoming a full-time firefighter. This experience has totally transformed his understanding of what a high-performing team truly means. During this time and not one to run away from challenges, as a global project manager for US, Canada, and Europe, Keith transformed a paper application process to an online onboarding system.

He created the organization ‘ s first career path leadership program for general warehouse workers in distribution centers across the US. Having built leadership programs across all levels, Keith specializes as a trusted advisor to his stakeholders and has reorganized a Learning and Development function, and was the HR support to HR through the pandemic.

In his free time Keith is a dog loving, yoga practicing self-proclaimed chef who uses his innate curiosity to connect, listen to and share his unique perspective with others. He finds inspiration in building leadership skills that create thriving communities.
