As a former corporate HR leader turned full-time first responder and career coach, I understand what it means to navigate high-stakes transitions and to align your work with purpose. My coaching blends 17 years of talent strategy expertise with real-world experience on the front lines.

In 2015, I became a full-time firefighter while continuing my work in HR. As an HR Consultant, over the years I grew into leading large-scale talent initiatives, designing leadership programs for frontline workers to executives, and managing global projects across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Balancing both careers gave me a deeper understanding of what high-performing teams truly need and what it takes to lead with clarity, trust, and purpose.

That experience, showing up for both the firehouse and the corner office, helped me discover a greater mission. In 2022, I stepped away from corporate life to focus fully on serving those who serve others.

Today, through Fireproof Leaders and my Building Your Fire framework, I help people uncover what drives them and turn it into meaningful action. I coach individuals and partner with organizations that support veterans transitioning to civilian life, agencies serving people overcoming hardship, and leaders who want to embody what servant leadership truly means.

This work is not just about career growth. It is about helping people reclaim their purpose, lead with integrity, and build something that lasts.
